Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at koolmillennials@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping instructions and the correct warehouse address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: We offer free return shipping on items that arrive damaged or defective. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or do not like the product, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since approval, please contact us at koolmillennials@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different size or product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exclusions
Items not returned in their original packaging or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be processed.
