Shipping policy

At Kool Millennials, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days across the UK, after payment is received. Please note: deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take an additional 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We send all our UK orders via Royal Mail, Tracked 48.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Orders over £20 receive free shipping.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

While we do our best to ship on time, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Exceptions

Please note that we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct delivery address has been input and validated. Refunds will not be granted for incorrect address deliveries as specified by the customer during checkout. If you realize you have input the incorrect address at checkout, please contact us within 24 hours and we may be able to assist you if your order has not been shipped already (this is not a guarantee).

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases (BFPO) within the United Kingdom.

Because our primary carrier, Royal Mail, does not provide delivery services to these specific address types, we require a standard residential or business address to fulfill your order.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Any orders placed with a PO Box or Military Base address will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
